Exchange Policy & Timelines
In the event that a customer receives a defective or damaged item, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or video evidence. Upon verification, we will schedule a reverse exchange: our delivery partner will simultaneously pick up the defective product and deliver the replacement. This process typically takes 5–7 working days from the date of verification. Exchange is subject to stock availability and the returned item meeting our quality check standards.
