Cancellation and Returns
Our returns are free of charge as we really want you to enjoy your Zoella Style products. However please follow these guidelines:
- If you wish to return any item, keep the original inner and outer packing and pack the goods the same way you received them.
- Place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 2 days from date of delivery.
- Any other return can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Ceramic products and jewellery cannot be returned. Ceramic products require professional packing and are likely to get damaged enroute.
- We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale.
- Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. This is important as it will minimise chances of damage enroute to us.
- To initiate a return, simply click here.
- Once we receive the item/s back in good condition, we will initiate a refund. It’ll reflect in your account within 7 business days. In all cases, refunds will be made via online transfer and not by cash.
- In case you used a gift card to make the payment for this order, your gift card will be credited back with this amount.
